How to request deletion of your account and associated data.

1. How to delete your account

This action is irreversible after the reconsideration period. You have 14 days to cancel the request. After that, your data is permanently deleted unless retention is required by law.

Option A — In the app

Profile  →  Account Settings  →  Scroll down  →  Delete Account  →  Confirm

This is the recommended path and does not require sending an email.

Option B — By email

If you have already uninstalled the app or prefer email, send a request to support. We reply within 48 hours.

Add your account email and username before sending.

3. What is deleted and what is retained

Data retained for legal reasons is disconnected from your public profile where possible and is not used to identify you actively in the service.

4. Before deleting your account

  • Complete any open orders or transactions.
  • Request payout of any eligible sale balance before deletion.
  • Request a copy of your data at privacy@mysocialcollection.com.
  • Save collection images you want to keep; they cannot be recovered after deletion.

5. If you cannot access the app

  1. Try the forgotten password flow in the app or website.
  2. If that does not work, email info@mysocialcollection.com with subject "Account deletion - no access".
  3. Include the account email, username and any order details that can help verify identity.

For security, we may request additional proof of identity.

6. Deletion of specific data only

You may request deletion of specific data such as posts, photos or listings without closing the whole account by writing to privacy@mysocialcollection.com.
