Essential rules for using the app, publishing content and using the marketplace.

2. Scope

My Social Collection allows collectors to create profiles, share collections, publish content, interact with other users, buy collectible items and, where available, sell through a marketplace between non-professional users. Payments are handled through Stripe Connect.

Professional seller registration is not currently available. Users must accept these Terms/EULA before registering, logging in or using user-generated content features.

3. Registration and age requirements

Minimum age: 13. Users under 13 may not register. Specific protection measures apply to minors.

  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
  • Use a valid email address under your control.
  • Do not create more than one personal account.
  • Do not register on behalf of third parties without authorization.

4. Account and security

  • Keep your credentials confidential.
  • Notify unauthorized access immediately at info@mysocialcollection.com.
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available.
  • Keep profile information up to date.

5. User-generated content

You keep ownership of your content. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display and use it for platform operation. The license ends when the content is removed or the account is closed, unless legal obligations require retention.

You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the necessary rights. Content must not violate law or third-party rights.

5.1 EULA acceptance

Access to social, marketplace and publishing features requires prior acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance may be recorded with the Terms version, date and technical account or device identifiers.

6. Prohibited content

Zero tolerance for objectionable, illegal or abusive content and for users who harass, threaten, scam or repeatedly violate the rules. CSAM, grooming, terrorism, hate incitement, fraud and severe abuse may lead to immediate removal, account suspension or ejection, and reporting to competent authorities where applicable.

  • Child sexual abuse material or grooming of minors.
  • Terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Hate, violence or discrimination.
  • Intellectual property infringements.
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking or doxxing.
  • Non-consensual sexual content or sexual deepfakes.
  • Objectionable, obscene, intimidating or abusive content toward other users.
  • Scams, money laundering, counterfeit goods, weapons or drugs.
  • Spam, phishing or malware.

7. Moderation and reports

  • In app: Profile → menu → Reports.
  • The report form may include the user or content involved, a link or reference, a description and screenshots or photos.
  • Categories include bug, transaction error, misconduct, attempted scam and possible child under 13.
  • Reports may concern objectionable content, abusive users, child safety, scams or fraud.
  • User blocking, when available in the app, removes the blocked account's content from the user's feed and may trigger a moderation review.

We may use filters, human review and other moderation tools to limit prohibited, objectionable or abusive content and, where needed, place manifestly prohibited content into review before publication.

8. Child protection

  • Minor accounts: messages can only be received from followed accounts.
  • No advertising based on profiling.
  • Chronological feed is recommended by default.
  • Enhanced safety filters.
  • Marketplace use is prohibited for users under 18.

9. Marketplace: general rules

My Social Collection provides a marketplace between users. The sale contract is concluded directly between seller and buyer, unless otherwise stated in the app.

Professional seller registration is not currently available. Users may not present themselves as a business, shop or professional seller until a dedicated function is available and governed by specific terms.

  • Items must be owned by the seller.
  • Descriptions must be accurate, images real and prices clear, including shipping costs where applicable.
  • Illegal, counterfeit, dangerous, stolen or non-compliant goods are prohibited.

10. Sellers and products

Professional seller registration is not currently possible. For sales between non-professional users, the platform or payment provider may request only information needed for identity, payment, shipping, safety and legal obligations.

Users may not promote an account as a shop, business or professional seller until a dedicated function becomes available.

11. Non-professional sellers

Any available sales are intended for users not acting as professionals. Some consumer protections applicable to purchases from professionals may not apply to sales between non-professional users.

12. Payments and fees

Payments are handled by Stripe through Stripe Connect. Funds do not pass through My Social Collection accounts. My Social Collection does not provide payment services. Apple Pay and Google Pay work as card tokenization methods through Stripe.

13. Intellectual property

The platform name, logo, graphics and software are protected by copyright and trademark laws. To report intellectual property issues: info@mysocialcollection.com.

14. Account suspension and closure

We may suspend, eject or close accounts for repeated violations, manifestly illegal content, abusive conduct or valid requests from competent authorities. Severe violations such as CSAE, terrorism, fraud, harassment or confirmed objectionable content may lead to content removal, ejection of the responsible user and immediate suspension.

You can close your account through the Delete Account page.

15. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, My Social Collection is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, other users' content, transactions between users or temporary technical interruptions.

16. Changes to these Terms

Where required, material changes are notified at least 15 days in advance by in-app notice and/or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

English law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in the user's country of residence.

18. Dispute resolution

For consumer disputes, the European Commission ADR/consumer redress resources are available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
